God's Faithfulness

Faith. - What is that? What does it really mean? Confidence comes to mind, trust, - perhaps "belief in something you can't see".

Biblically speaking, it is to put action behind what or whom you entrust yourself to. So you could say that faith is the tangible evidence that our lives demonstrate the reality of who God is...

Today we tried to wrap our minds around this concept, that God is completely committed to being faithful to us. - Completely committed to placing value on us, and loving us. (And get this: - His love is not based on anything we do, it's completely based on His choosing to love us unconditionally.)

Entrusting your faith in God, gives you the full freedom to love the way He does, without any obligation. - Loving not just the people you have stuff in common with, but EVERYONE around you.

Faithfulness is one of the many attributes of God. - It's what makes God, God in our lives. Coming to know His faithfulness will change your life, because it will completely change how you interact with people who come across your path.

I love the word faithfulness. - it keeps my heart at bay, anchored in His comfort. - When you think of someone who is faithful, it helps bring such a measure of peace and security in your heart...

I want to encourage you that God isn't going anywhere! There's nothing that can manipulate God or take away His love for you! He is committed to taking care of you out of His unfailing love and faithfulness to you :-D ~ May your heart rest in knowing that today!~

Deuteronomy 7:6-8

Deu 7:6
"For you are a holy people to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth.

Deu 7:7
"The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples;

Deu 7:8
"but because the LORD loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the LORD has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
